As part of our growth, we are seeking a Commercial/Business Developer Engineer with a strong technical background.

Your role:

You will be responsible for developing your own B2B client portfolio by identifying business opportunities and converting them into contracts, then overseeing projects and maintaining customer relationships.

Your tasks, in summary:

  • Acquiring new clients and identifying their needs,
  • Building projects,
  • Providing technical and commercial advice,
  • Managing the entire sales cycle,
  • Overseeing projects,
  • Participating in European trade shows to represent our company.

Profile:

You have strong technical skills and a rigorous and synthetic mindset, combined with a real sales talent: good listening skills, diplomacy, persuasion, ability to simplify, excellent interpersonal skills. You can provide clients with the most appropriate solutions.

You are a hands-on person with a team spirit and fluent in English. Travel within France and Europe is expected. This position has the potential to evolve into a Commercial Director role, so a collaborative spirit is desired. You are able to teach and have an interest in multi-service versatility (marketing, communication, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher,
  • Excellent skills in office software and communication,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector,
  • Significant experience in B2B commerce is required.

Technical skills:

  • You have a real affinity for technical products and ideally:
  • Knowledge of electricity and energy systems and electronics,
  • Knowledge of Li-Ion batteries, BMS, and energy storage.
