Introduction
The batteries in the FTJ range use very robust, proven gel technology developed in Germany.
As this technology has evolved, our R&D team has optimised its design to meet the demanding requirements of telecom applications.
They are specially designed for 19′ and 23′ telecom cabinet formats (for all types of communication network).
This technology is particularly suited to high and low temperature environments and poor network conditions.
Benefits
These batteries have a long life expectancy of 12 years at 25°C according to the EUROBAT classification.
The FT (front terminal) format is perfectly suited to the footprint of telecom cabinets, making them easy to install and maintain.
The internal design of these batteries ensures optimised recharging time, very low self-discharge and high floating performance.
The PVC or PF microproper separator ensures low resistance for maximum charge and discharge efficiency.
The gelled electrolyte prevents stratification, guaranteeing better performance in use.
A centralised gas extraction system is available as an option to evacuate off-gases from the batteries and ensure the safety of the installation.
The operating temperature range is from -20 to 55°C, adapting to the most demanding environments.
