In July, our entire team put their tools aside for a day dedicated to team building. The goal? To get to know each other better, improve our communication, and strengthen the bonds that unite us on a daily basis.
In a relaxed but structured setting, the day was punctuated by collaborative workshops on our working methods, team games to break out of our habits, and open discussions to better understand each other’s expectations.
It was a memorable event that ended on the water with a fun and dynamic nautical challenge. It was an opportunity to put into practice, in a different way, what makes us strong: listening, cooperation… and a good dose of good humor.
