In the interests of transparency and environmental responsibility, we would like to inform you of the introduction of an eco-contribution applicable to all industrial batteries (lead and lithium technologies) marketed from 01/09/2025.
📌 Why an eco-contribution?
This approach is in line with French and European legislation on the management of waste from industrial products. In accordance with Directive 2006/66/EC and the AGEC law, producers and distributors are now obliged to finance the collection, recycling and recovery of used batteries.
⚙️ How does it work?

The eco-contribution is added to the purchase price of each industrial battery sold.

It is paid to an approved eco-organization, which is responsible for the end-of-life management of the batteries.

This amount is set by battery category, depending on its weight and technology (lead, lithium, etc.).
💶 What this means for you
From 01/09/2025, a specific the eco-contribution will be added to :

Each quotation includes industrial batteries. The validity of all your quotations will end on 01/08/2025 for delivery before 01/09/2025. They will have to be updated and your customers notified. The amount will be indicated clearly and separately.

Each order includes industrial batteries. All orders billable after 01/09/2025 must be amended. The amount will be clearly and distinctly indicated.

Every invoice including industrial batteries. All invoices from 01/09/2025 will include this amount. The amount will be indicated clearly and distinctly.
👉 This contribution is neither refundable nor deductible, as it is directly earmarked to finance a sustainable and mandatory recycling channel.
👉 Ecocontribution rates will be officially announced in July 2025.
